I see plenty of people claim that they don’t see the dirty screen effect at all, but coming from a Quest 2 I can definitely notice it on the Quest 3. I tried my best to film both things, but Reddit compressed the videos a bit so they may be hard to see. It’s white and seems to be a single pixel, but I can’t be sure. While looking at this issue I also noticed what appears to be a dead/hot pixel. I have seen others complaining about this on Reddit as well. I can also see it when in the immersive environment Home Screen. I started noticing mura, or possibly dirty screen effect in both whenever I would look at something that was mainly a solid color and move my head around while staring at one area. Once my games downloaded I played a little walkabout and watched some movie clips in Skybox. I got my Quest 3 on launch day and I’ve been waiting for my Zenni lenses to show up before playing with it, but tonight I fired it up and went through all the steps.
